JRC is looking for a Dedicated Account Manager with strong organizational, customer service, and planning skills to join our fast-growing, multi-state organization in the Bartlett, TN, area. Essential Job Functions:

• Participate in driver hiring and onboarding activities. Develop and manage high-performing drivers through daily interaction, effective support, coaching, and positive enforcement, including facilitation of driver competency evaluations and performance reviews.
• Provide excellent customer service through prompt and effective communication with customer account representatives.
• Promote and model a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with DOT and related safety regulations.
• Plan customer loads, obtain backhauls, and assist with load tendering. Book and document appointments and ensure on-time delivery through load tracking.
• Assign overflow coverage needs and communicate with the Brokerage division.
• Monitor and track assigned trailers and equipment, maintain applicable load documentation including but not limited to PODs and Rate Confirmations.
• Establish and maintain a productive relationship with other vendors related to driver uniforms, temporary driver agencies, and equipment leasing or repairs.
